Visa-exempt nationalities
From 15 September 2026, 60 countries and territories receive a 30-day visa exemption for tourism. Seychelles and Mauritius receive 15 days. The permitted stay is stamped on arrival — not guaranteed to the maximum.

Land-border entry frequency
Travellers using the 30-day exemption at land-border immigration checkpoints may generally enter no more than twice per calendar year. Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, and Singapore are among the nationalities exempt from that cap. The same two-per-year limit applies to the 15-day exemption category unless designated otherwise by the Minister.
