Destination Thailand Visa（DTV）面向 remote worker、指定活动参与者及 eligible dependants 的长期签证。它不是 Tourist Visa（TR），不是免签，也不允许为泰国雇主工作。若计划数月而非数周停留、为海外公司工作或参加 approved programme，移民局期望的是 DTV — 不是带 laptop 的 tourist stamp。
DTV 适用对象
DTV 涵盖若干 distinct profile。须同时符合 活动类别 与适用于您国籍与签发机构的 财务测试。
Remote worker
headline use case：为 泰国境外 雇主或客户工作并能证明。DTV 不替代 Non-Immigrant B 或 Thai work permit（若在本地就业）。泰国公司发薪、泰国 payroll 或在泰 on-site 工作属不同 compliance path。
指定活动
现行规则亦涵盖 specified programme 参与者 — 常见 Thai Muay Thai 训练、特定 medical treatment plan 及通告 named 文化活动。 generic tourism、open-ended backpacking 或无 evidence 的「可能用 laptop 工作」不符合。
家属
principal applicant 符合资格时，配偶与子女可 linked 申请。每人须 complete file；使馆不能仅从 main passport infer dependant eligibility。
DTV 与 Tourist Visa（TR）的区别
混淆 DTV 与 TR 是最 common planning mistake。

财务与活动要求
Officers reject 大 balance 但无 credible link 至 claimed category，或 activity letter 不在 DTV list 的文件。
官员常要求的证据
- 护照 blank pages 与 remaining validity（常六个月）
- 银行流水或收入证明达 当前 DTV threshold
- digital nomad case：remote-work contract、invoice 或 employer letter
- activity case：programme enrolment、gym/school letter 或 treatment plan
- 若 active notification 要求：健康保险
- 适用时：dependant relationship 文件

部分国籍经 Thai e-Visa 线上；其他须 embassy 现场。家属通常 principal 批准后一并或紧随申请。

visa sticker 是 request entry 的许可。immigration stamp 定 本次 entry 可留多久。离机场前拍照。

登记地址（TM.30）、注意 90 天报到是否适用、维持 insurance active。

long-stay 许可触发 tourist stamp 常 skip 的 paperwork。
TM.30 为地址通报，通常由 landlord 或 condo juristic office 办理。许多移民局 extension 或 change status 仍要 TM.30 receipt — 保留 printout。
90 天报到（TM.47） 适用于许多 Non-Immigrant 与 long-stay category。clock 从 last entry 或 last report 起算，非 visa expiry。经本省接受渠道按时办理。

DTV vs LTR 与退休路线
Long-Term Resident（LTR） 为 separate BOI 产品，有 category-specific salary 与 asset test。面向符合 published floors 的 wealthy pensioner、remote professional、investor 与 highly skilled worker — 非与 DTV 相同 file。
Non-Immigrant O-A（退休） 适合 50+ 且有 Thai-bank 或 pension evidence 者。annual renewal culture，非 multi-year DTV pattern。
比较总成本 — visa fee、insurance、reporting time、renewal — 再 commit。DTV 对 remote worker flexible；若已 meet LTR 或 retirement threshold 可能更合适。

- 把 DTV 当 Thai company 的 work permit
- assume full visa validity 等于 one continuous stay 而不查 entry stamp
- 无 remote-work proof 以「digital nomad」申请

在 tourist exemption 或 TR 上为 overseas clients remote work 是 immigration 可能 challenge 的 grey area。若 intentional 且 long，飞前先 align visa category。

DTV 能为泰国公司工作吗？
不能。本地就业须 Non-Immigrant B 与 work permit。DTV 涵盖 foreign employer remote work 与 listed activities — 非 Thai payroll。
每次入境可留多久？
入境 immigration stamp 定本次 visit permitted stay。multi-year visa validity 不等于 one continuous stay。始终读章。
DTV 须 90 天报到吗？
多数 long-stay 须 TM.47。assume 适用，直至 immigration officer 对您 case 明确免报。
DTV 与 Thailand Elite 一样吗？
