适合谁

Holders of Non-Immigrant and other long-stay visas who remain in Thailand continuously.

概述

The 90-day notification (TM.47) tells Immigration you are still in the country and where you live. It is not a visa extension. Missing the window can lead to a fine. Many offices now accept online filing for subsequent reports after the first in-person notification — confirm the channel your province actually uses.

如何办理

  1. 1

Note the date of last notification or last entry

The 90-day clock usually runs from entry or from the previous TM.47, not from your visa expiry.
  2. 2

File online or at the office that holds your file

First reports are often in person. Subsequent reports may be accepted on the Immigration Bureau e-service if your profile is already in the system.

材料

  • Passport and current visa page
  • TM.47 form if filing on paper
  • Proof of address (lease, house registration, or TM.30 as requested)

有何更新

  1. TM.47 usually runs from last report or arrival, not from visa expiry. File before the 90th day.
