概述

Non-Immigrant O covers a cluster of purposes rather than a single product. Marriage, dependent, and retirement stays all use this class with different evidence. Confirm the purpose code the embassy will endorse before you apply — a marriage Non-O is not interchangeable with a retirement Non-O. Retirement-specific income and age rules are summarised on the retirement hub. Most first entries are 90 days; annual extensions at provincial immigration offices require the same civil documents you used at the embassy, kept current.
