   ยกเว้นวีซ่า

   The 60-day visa exemption ends. Listed nationalities receive 30 days (15 days for Seychelles and Mauritius). VOA applies to Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Serbia. Land borders: generally max 2 exemption entries per calendar year.

2. April 1, 2026

   วีซ่า Destination Thailand (DTV)

   DTV stay length and financial tests are in the current notification — not the same as a tourist TR. Work for a Thai employer is a different path.

3. April 1, 2026

   ผู้พำนักระยะยาว (LTR)

   LTR is a BOI programme with category tests. Confirm income, insurance, and fees on the BOI LTR site before applying.

4. April 1, 2026

   นันอิมิแกรนต์ บี

   A Non-B visa is not a work permit. Paid work for a Thai entity still needs the employer’s permit.

5. April 1, 2026

   นันอิมิแกรนต์ โอ

   Non-O is a purpose class (family, dependent, some retirement routes), not a single product. Evidence must match the purpose.
